Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Two Wheeler Loans, based in Raiganj. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the two-wheeler loan portfolio by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers. Daily tasks include customer interactions, loan approvals, follow-ups, addressing customer queries, ensuring timely loan disbursals, and achieving business targets. The role will also involve market research to identify opportunities and monitoring competitor activities to enhance market share.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relationship management, with the ability to establish and nurture client and dealer relationships effectively.
• Sales and business development expertise, including achieving targets and capitalizing on market opportunities in the two-wheeler loan sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and loan disbursal processes is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset to understand market trends and competitive landscapes, enabling informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with banking and NBFC procedures; prior experience in the financial services or lending sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, with adequate computer skills, including MS Office.
• Graduation in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications will be a plus.
