Position: Remote Operations Supervisor

USA Gas Station & Convenience Store Locations

Location: Chandigarh, India

Work Schedule: USA EST (Shift-Based)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Note: Minimum 8-hour shift. Longer hours and strong performance will be considered

for promotions.

Shift Structure

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live cameras across all locations

• Ensure employees are performing duties properly

• Monitor competitor gas prices

• Assist in preparing P&Ls;

• Communicate with all store employees

• Create schedules and ensure coverage

• Assign daily tasks and follow-ups

• Report maintenance, inventory, and employee issues

• Ensure smooth operations across all locations

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with cameras, Excel, and communication apps

• Ability to manage multiple locations

• Must work USA EST hours
