Resort Manager Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Recreation departments.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Guest Experience

• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality.
• Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate resort staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze operational reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote resort packages and events.
• Support occupancy growth and revenue generation initiatives.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Implement emergency response procedures and risk management practices.

Facility Management

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities and grounds.
• Ensure all guest areas remain clean, attractive, and operational.
• Coordinate renovation and improvement projects when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
