Manage end-to-end RCM operations including patient registration, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and collections.
Oversee medical billing processes to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions.
Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) calling to follow up with insurance companies and patients for outstanding claims.
Handle payment posting by reconciling payer and patient payments accurately.
Lead denial management by analyzing root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor AR aging reports and drive strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve first-pass resolution rates and streamline workflows.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to management.
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and quality standards
