About The Role:

Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with an AI company building systems that understand real-world professional workflows. They are seeking experienced insurance professionals to evaluate AI outputs, identify errors, and improve domain-specific reasoning based on practical industry expertise. This is a hands-on role applying real experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial, or policy administration—not a theoretical exercise.

What You Will Do:

• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and domain correctness
• Translate real insurance workflows into structured tasks for AI systems
• Work on scenarios involving underwriting decisions, claims assessment, risk pricing, and policy interpretation
• Clearly document your reasoning and assumptions in writing

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Insurance (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Risk, Policy Admin)
• Credentials preferred: CPCU, ARM, ACAS, FCAS, or equivalent
• Strong written English – you will explain your reasoning clearly
• Available for 15–20+ hours/week consistently
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
