Your Role

• Strong procurement skills with a background in procurement consulting (preferred).Proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with competitive procurement tools (e.g., Zycus, Coupa, GEP) is preferred.Experience implementing procurement management tools
• Strong understanding of various integrations, especially with SAP.Solid functional knowledge in procurement and project management

Your Profile

• Collaborate with program managers to oversee procurement implementation and procurement-related projectsEvaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in procurement tools and willing to work on their implementation.Design, facilitate, and support IT changes, working closely with business units and external service providers
• Perform stakeholder mapping and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.Monitor and follow up on learning activities related to procurement projects.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
