About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our pharmaceutical business The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma sales processes market research client acquisition and relationship management within the healthcare pharma sector Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Client Acquisition Identify potential clients including hospitals clinics doctors chemists and distributors Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business in domestic and or international markets Market Research Analysis Study competitor products pricing and market trends Identify gaps and opportunities in the target market Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals distributors and institutional clients Conduct regular client meetings presentations and product demonstrations Sales Revenue Growth Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Prepare proposals quotations and negotiate contracts Coordination Reporting Work closely with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector products and regulatory environment Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build long-term business relationships Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and CRM tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 – 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
