Description
- We are looking for energetic, persuasive individuals to join our Sales Outbound Team at Binated Inc. in Shillong. In this
- role, you will connect with potential international clients (primarily U.S.-based) to introduce our services, qualify leads, and
- build strong business relationships. This position is entirely night shift aligned with U.S. working hours.
- You will be responsible for generating outbound calls, explaining Binated’s solutions clearly, identifying client needs, and
- setting up follow-up calls or meetings. The role requires excellent English communication skills, confidence, and a resultsdriven attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or international voice process preferred.
- Strong persuasion and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work U.S. night shift.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Quick learner with a target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and position Binated’s offerings effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings or demos with the sales team.
- Maintain detailed call records and lead status updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication.
- Follow calling scripts, refine messaging, and ensure a professional tone in all interactions.
- Stay updated with company offerings and market trends.
