Job Title: Senior SAP PP-VC Functional Expert

Role Summary:

Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of production planning and complex product configuration for a global manufacturer of pumps and valves. You will manage the end-to-end “Configure-to-Order” (CTO) and “Engineer-to-Order” (ETO) life cycles within the legacy ECC 4.6 environment, ensuring seamless integration between sales requirements and shop floor execution

Key Responsibilities

• Variant Configuration (VC) Modeling: Design and maintain complex VC models for industrial pumps and valves using KMAT materials, Characteristics (CT04), Classes (CL01/CL02), and Configuration Profiles (CU41).
• Dependency Management: Create and manage advanced Object Dependencies including Selection Conditions, Preconditions, Procedures, and Constraints to ensure valid product combinations.
• Master Data Excellence: Oversee the creation of Super BOMs and Super Routings that dynamically adjust based on configuration inputs.
• Integration Leadership: Ensure tight integration between PP/VC and SD (Sales
• SD (Sales Pricing/Condition Types) and MM (Material Master/Procurement) to facilitate accurate quoting and production.
• ECC 4.6 System Maintenance: Troubleshoot legacy system issues, manage RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow), and provide production support for the ECC 4.6 environment.
• Production Planning: Configure and support core PP functions including MRP, Demand Management, Work Center maintenance, and Shop Floor Control
