Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SEO Project Manager to oversee and manage white-label SEO projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading SEO initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and white label agency partners. You will play a key role in managing client expectations, coordinating resources, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SEO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Act as a primary point of contact for white-label partners and internal teams.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, Content calendars, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for SEO implementation.
• Analyse performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, and third-party SEO tools. Produce Weekly and Monthly reports for the clients to show improvements.
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Take weekly check-in calls with clients to update them on a regular basis.
• Manage project resources and timelines using various project management tools.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously optimise processes for better efficiency.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, task allocation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Project Manager or in a similar role within a digital marketing or white-label agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Suite (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
• Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with technical SEO concepts, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify preferred), and HTML/CSS basics.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Preferred Experience in a US-based agency environment.
• Added advantage if: Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Project Management.
