Upto 5 years backend experience with any modern language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala)
Scaled systems that didn’t break under pressure
Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)
Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
English communication skills for our global team
Bonus points for :
Frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js)
Startup experience
Problem-solving mindset
