Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Business Development Executive (B2B – Digital Marketing) role, based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, acquiring and managing client accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth.
The day-to-day responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pitching Nvara Media’s services (performance marketing, creative production, and content solutions), conducting meetings and presentations, and closing deals. You will work closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to align on client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Building long-term client relationships and ensuring repeat business will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (preferably in digital marketing or agency space)
Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing
Experience in account management and client relationship building
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and propose effective marketing solutions
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with revenue goals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
