What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, you will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling and document extraction and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize the strategic value to the organization. You will deliver services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency, leveraging numerous applications.

As a Legal Business Services Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in a variety of way, including:

• Client Management : Participate in the day-to-day interactions with client’s project team members and Deloitte project leadership members.
• Delivery : Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align tax and legal software with the clients’ specific requirements and goals.
• Solutions: Work with a team to develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
• Support : Provide training and software support around day-to-day activities, related to processes and various technologies or situational changes.
• Project Management : Assist with project management tasks, such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time to actual hours incurred, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls.
• Cross Functional Teaming : Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall. Maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
• People Development : Participate in the development of team members.
• Business Development : Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Legal Business Services (LBS) practice helps legal departments pursue a streamlined, transparent, and efficient legal function that enhances the core responsibilities of operations, contracting, compliance, reporting and planning, while also positioning Deloitte as a strategic business advisor for the digital era. We specialize in advising legal departments and can effectively address a corporate legal function’s unique needs, requirements and obligations. As legal operations and contracting specialists, we help clients make appropriate operations and technology choices. Our team, the largest of its type, offers the necessary combination of skills, methodology and practical experience to help clients with contract lifecycle management, legal entity management, and legal operations services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to one or more leading CLM solutions (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, Workday CLM – Evisort, Sirion, Conga, Agiloft, etc.) majorly in Evisort.
• Trained and certified on Workday CLM – Evisort Platform (Evisort Workflow Builder, Evisort Advanced User, Evisort Admin tools, Contract Intelligence Badge, Workflow Badge, Automation Hub Badge), At least 1-2 years of Workday Evisort CLM implementation experience for Global organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end CLM implementation projects, including facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping, solution designing, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Proven ability to manage project teams, coordinate deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.
• Experience with system integrations within Workday CLM – Evisort platform (Evisync with GDrive/Sharepoint, SSO, and so on)
• Own end-to-end functional and integration testing for Evisync and SSO capabilities, including test scenario design and execution across platforms such as Sharepoint, Google Drive, and so on
• In-depth knowledge of contract management processes, template rationalization, playbook creation, and process harmonization.
• Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, and knowledge of Prompt writing using CARE framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a relentless focus on quality and timely delivery of work products.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team and across multiple time zones.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
