Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Dental Plans Advisor specializing in Inbound Retail Sales. In this role, you will handle inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients, provide expert guidance on dental plans, and assist clients in selecting the most suitable options based on their needs. You will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, maintain client relationships, and hit sales targets through expert communication and market insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in inbound sales, customer service, and client relationship management
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Knowledge of dental benefits, group insurance, or healthcare services is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with diverse teams
