We are seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Senior Director for the Global Capability Center to join our client’s team in India. The ideal candidate will identify, champion, and execute strategic organisational priorities that enhance team effectiveness, elevate technical capability, and enable scalable process improvements. This role provides leadership for day‑to‑day operations to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery against customer needs and business objectives, while partnering with senior leadership to define and advance long‑term strategic direction.
