🌍 Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will drive business expansion, manage client relationships, and explore new opportunities across Africa, APAC, LATAM, and MENA regions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market entry & expansion strategies

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Manage key accounts and distributor relationships

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis & pricing strategy

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) for seamless operations

• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and reporting

• Handle export documentation and compliance

🎯 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development

• Exposure to East Africa, APAC, LATAM, or MENA markets preferred

• Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills

• Knowledge of export procedures and global trade regulations

• MBA / PGDM in International Business or relevant field (preferred)
