Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) – US Eastern time Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience supporting US-based operations, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams while contributing to finance transformation, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting packages to support informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth opportunities, profitability, and investment decisions.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, utilization, headcount, and other operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business and leadership teams to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning initiatives, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting, and financial analytics processes through automation and technology.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow optimization tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and reporting accuracy through platforms such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and other business intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting organizations within IT Staffing, IT Services, Technology Services, SaaS, Consulting, Professional Services, or similar industries.
• Experience supporting US-based business operations and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho One, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting systems, process automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity and reporting.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiencies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and collaborative environment.
