Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 12+ years in professional project management, with a clear progression of responsibility.
• Banking Domain: Mandatory experience leading at least two full-lifecycle banking projects (e.g., Core Banking migration, Payments, or Digital Wallets).
• Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Mobile Banking channels, including mobile middleware, push notifications, and mobile security frameworks.
• Methodology: Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional, remote, or offshore development teams.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with banking integration layers (RESTful APIs, Microservices).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Understanding of mobile app release cycles (App Store/Play Store requirements)
