Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior IT Operations Manager. The role involves leading and overseeing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring availability, performance, and security of core systems, networks, and applications across multiple branches. The Senior IT Operations Manager will manage IT teams, coordinate incident and problem management, and ensure adherence to IT service management standards and SLAs. Responsibilities include planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, monitoring system health, optimizing vendor relationships, and implementing best practices for business continuity and disaster recovery. The role will also collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align IT services with organizational goals, support audits and compliance requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IT Operations and Information Technology, including managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, and core business applications.
• Proven experience in IT Management, leading cross-functional IT teams, and overseeing multi-location technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., ITIL, incident and change management).
• Solid background in Technical Support operations, including escalation management, root-cause analysis, and service performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, cloud or security certifications) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in financial services or NBFC/Banking environments is preferred, with understanding of regulatory, security, and data protection requirements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and business teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement process improvements, manage IT budgets, and support large-scale technology initiatives.
