Hiring | Legal Manager – Marketing Legal | Bangalore
Our client, a leading FMCG Top 100 listed company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel with 8–10 years of experience in marketing and brand legal advisory.
Key experience areas:
• Advising marketing/business teams on advertisements, claims, contests, promotions, and brand communication
• Vetting artworks, POSM, print/digital ads, and promotional campaigns
• Handling ASCI matters, competitor challenges, and claims substantiation
• Drafting and negotiating brand promotion, endorsement, co-branding, and marketing agreements
• Providing practical, solution-oriented advice on IP, regulatory, and compliance matters
Candidates with prior FMCG/consumer sector exposure and strong stakeholder management skills will be preferred.
