Senior E-Commerce Manager (Full Time) Work from Office

Location: Jaipur 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace and quick commerce operations. The role requires strong ownership of pricing, inventory, marketplace performance, and digital shelf optimization to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies, including deals, promotions, and coupons to maximize conversions and profitability
• Manage and optimize Brand Store presence to enhance customer experience, retention, and sales
• Plan and oversee FBA & FBF consignments, ensuring efficient logistics, faster deliveries, and optimal inventory levels
• Monitor and manage inventory aging to minimize storage costs while maintaining healthy stock availability
• Lead quick commerce operations across platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, ensuring high availability and fulfillment efficiency
• Drive digital shelf excellence by improving product visibility, content, and listing performance across marketplaces
• Manage Vendor Central & Seller Central operations, ensuring smooth backend processes and strong platform relationships
• Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance optimization
• Oversee Seller Flex operations to streamline warehouse-to-customer fulfillment and inventory flow
• Leverage tools like Unicommerce to automate order management, inventory tracking, and operational workflows

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Strong understanding of Amazon (Vendor + Seller Central), quick commerce platforms, and digital shelf management
• Experience in inventory planning, logistics, and supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in marketplace ads and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for keyword research, listing optimization, and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with OMS tools such as Unicommerce or similar systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and stakeholders simultaneously
