About The Role
This role is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence and plays a key role in strengthening performance governance across the supply chain. The Senior Procurement Performance & Analytics Analyst transforms operational and financial data into actionable insights that enhance supplier reliability, cost efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness. By connecting procurement KPIs with tangible business outcomes, this role enables leadership to make informed decisions that drive resilience, transparency, and sustainable value creation across global operations.
About The Department

Your Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the procurement performance governance framework across regions
- Standardize KPI definitions, measurement methodologies, and reporting consistency globally
- Translate SIFOT/DIFOT performance trends into structured improvement initiatives
- Lead performance analysis covering supplier delivery, savings realization, and cycle efficiency
- Develop executive dashboards linking procurement metrics with financial and operational impact
- Validate savings impact and support value realization tracking in partnership with Finance
- Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to close performance gaps
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across procurement systems
- Support executive reviews with performance insights and clear business narratives
- Contribute to audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and governance maturity
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement analytics or supply chain performance roles
- Strong understanding of procurement value levers and cost drivers
- Experience supporting governance or operational excellence frameworks
- Ability to interpret supply chain KPIs in a commercial and financial context
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, D365)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business action
- Experience working in global or cross-regional environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
