Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to operate and continuously improve our global ServiceNow platform. The role combines platform administration, light-to-moderate development, workflow and service catalog maintenance, L2 support, and active participation in change and release management. The position is part of a globally distributed team supporting a 24/7 enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
•Administer and operate the ServiceNow platform (users, roles, system configuration)
•Design, maintain and optimize Flows / Workflows, Catalog Items, and Order Guides
•Smaller development tasks (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
•Provide Second-Level (L2) support, including analysis and resolution of incidents
•Support Change- and Release Management (testing, deployments, documentation)
•Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones
•Work closely with Platform Owner, Architects, and external service providers
Required Experience & Skills (Must-Have):
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in Admin and/or Developer roles
•Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge)
•Proven experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and platform configuration
•Solid JavaScript skills in the ServiceNow context
•Confidence working independently without intensive onboarding or supervision
•Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
•ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Training / Certification
Nice to Have:
•Experience with integrations (Microsoft Graph, Active Directory, API, MID Server)
•Exposure to App Engine or maintain multiple custom applications
•Experience supporting platform upgrades / major releases
•ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Training / Certification
•ServiceNow Application Development Fundamentals Training / Certification
