Senior Staff Accountant (6+ yrs of experience) Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
• Handle accruals, prepaids, and journal entries with accuracy
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP preferred)
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) processes including expense review, reimbursements, and policy compliance
• Work on ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Tally

Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and accrual accounting
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and audit support
• Experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with NetSuite
• Knowledge of US Accounting / US GAAP
• Experience in a fast-paced or global environment
