Senior Talent Partner — US Sales Recruiting

You’re probably a senior sourcer or recruiter at a US serving staffing firm or a GCC. You’re 4 to 7 years in. You’re good. You can write a Boolean string in your sleep and you’ve screened more US candidates than you can count. You’re also tired of being a cog in a 2,000 person recruiting machine where the work never gets more interesting and your name is never on anything.
This role is different. Here’s why.
You’ll join a 15 person commercial transformation firm scaling from $800K to $25M+. You’ll report directly to our Manager of Talent Strategy and work with our founder, a 25 year industry veteran who built and led commercial, sales, and inside sales organizations at Fortune 500 industrial distributors operating across North America. You’ll own the top of the funnel for every US sales recruiting engagement we run. That’s Inside Sales Reps, SDRs, and sales leaders at PE backed industrial distributors doing $200M to $3B in revenue. You won’t be filling 40 reqs a quarter. You’ll own 3 to 5 at a time, go deep, and actually see your candidates get hired.

What you’ll do
- Own the top of the recruiting funnel for every active US sales role, including Inside Sales Reps, SDRs, Account Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders at PE backed distributors doing $200M to $3B+
- Source 80+ qualified profiles per week using LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, and the modern sourcing stack
- Run 20 to 25 first round screens per week using our proprietary distribution screening script (we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the industry)
- Build and maintain candidate benches of 40+ ready candidates per major US market
- Document every candidate interaction in our CRM so the system scales with you
- Learn industrial distribution through a structured onboarding program, taught by our founder and leadership team
The first person in this seat is on the path to run our India recruiting operation.
Hours and structure
- Fully remote. Work from anywhere in India.
- US Central Time core hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (equivalent to 8 AM to 5 PM CT)
- 5 days week, Monday through Friday US time
Who we’re looking for
You must have:
- 4 to 7 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience at a US serving firm, GCC, or US facing startup
- Minimum 3 years sourcing US sales roles specifically. Not IT, not tech, not general corporate.
- Professional spoken English proficiency. You’ll be on daily video calls with US based candidates.
- Proven Boolean sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter. You can build a complex string without Googling it.
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI
- ATS fluency
- Track record of measurable output. You can tell me how many profiles you sourced, screens you ran, and placements you contributed to last quarter. Numbers on the tip of your tongue.
- Consistent availability for US Central Time hours, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Strongly preferred:
- Exposure to sales specific recruiting (as opposed to tech or IT)
- Experience recruiting for B2B industries, including manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or construction
