Position: Senior US IT Recruitment Manager Location: 5th phase KPHB Colony, Hi-tech City Road, Hyderabad, INDIA. Job Type: Full-Time Onsite only Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Experience: 7+ years in US IT Recruiting Job Summary PETADATA is looking for a Senior US IT Recruitment Manager to oversee recruitment operations, manage multiple teams, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of US IT staffing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple recruitment teams
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client demands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and delivery metrics
- Ensure high-quality submissions and closures
- Handle escalations and critical requirements
- Conduct performance reviews and team development plans
- Forecast hiring needs and plan resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and policies
- Drive revenue growth and team productivity
Required Skills
- 7+ years of US IT recruitment experience
- Proven experience in team management (multiple teams preferred)
- Strong understanding of US staffing lifecycle
- Expertise in visa types & tax terms
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client handling and stakeholder management
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
