We are looking for a result-driven SEO & AI Optimization Executive who can improve our organic search performance, generate qualified patient leads, and strengthen our digital presence through modern SEO and AI-powered strategies.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEO professional who understands healthcare, local SEO, lead generation, and AI-powered optimization techniques.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving search rankings, increasing website traffic, optimizing service pages, and generating conversion-focused organic leads.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
· Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
· Conduct keyword research focused on hair, skin, cosmetic, and healthcare-related search intent.
· Optimize website content, clinic pages, treatment pages, and landing pages.
· Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
· Improve internal linking, metadata, schema, URL structures, and page hierarchy.
AI-Based SEO & Content Optimization
· Use AI tools to improve SEO performance and content scalability.
· Utilize platforms such as ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Frase, or similar tools.
· Identify keyword clusters, search intent opportunities, and content gaps.
· Support AI-driven content planning and optimization.
Technical SEO
· Conduct SEO audits and identify technical website issues.
· Improve crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
· Coordinate with web developers for SEO implementation.
· Manage sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, canonical tags, and structured data.
Local SEO & Lead Generation
· Optimize Google Business Profile and location-based SEO.
· Improve local rankings for clinic locations.
· Drive organic lead generation through SEO-focused landing pages.
· Monitor conversion opportunities and improve patient inquiry performance.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools.
· Monitor keyword rankings, traffic growth, lead generation, and competitor performance.
· Prepare monthly reports with actionable SEO insights.
· Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
· 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
· Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEO.
· Experience in ranking websites and improving organic lead generation.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEO tools.
· Understanding of AI-assisted SEO tools and content optimization.
· Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website structure.
· Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, beauty, or medical industry is preferred.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
