Services Support Associate II – Learning Operations Full Time NEW

The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe.

Work you’ll do

As a Services Support Associate II on the Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities
• Managing administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry requirements
• Communicating with stakeholders and team leads regarding task status, requirements, and deliverables
• Performing quality checks and submitting work with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Demonstrating ownership, accountability, and prioritization while contributing to team and firm initiatives

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate degree
• 0-5 years of experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment
• Experience supporting administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates
• Experience using business email and applying email etiquette

Preferred:

• Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
• Experience using virtual platforms, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience handling cases or tickets
• Experience interacting with internal clients to understand and address requirements
