Handle shipment-related back-office operations

Manage and verify shipping documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in BPO / BPS / back-office operations

Good understanding of operational processes

Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)

Strong data entry and documentation skills

Good communication and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an added advantage
