Are you a strategic marketer who understands how social media drives direct bookings, guest engagement, and brand authority? We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead organic growth, content strategy, and team execution for our hospitality clients.

This is not a simple content-posting role. We need a leader who bridges the gap between social media, local SEO, performance marketing, and direct revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Strategy: Develop high-converting, platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for luxury hotels, resorts, and F&B brands.
• Lead Creative: Direct content ideation for immersive Reels, aesthetic carousels, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
• Integrate & Optimize: Align organic social efforts with SEO, Meta Ads, and direct booking funnels to maximize client ROI.
• Analyse Performance: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics including reach, follower growth, website traffic, and direct reservations.

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years of Social Media Marketing experience (Agency experience is highly preferred).
• A proven background in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle marketing.
• Expertise in Instagram growth, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and social reporting tools.
• A solid understanding of direct booking funnels, local SEO, and paid ad integration.
• Strong leadership skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset with an eye for luxury aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies for social platforms
• Deep understanding of multiple social media platforms and trends
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and develop insights for improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Canva and AI tools) and strategies is a plus
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
