We’re looking for a creative content creator who understands modern social media and can help build both the founder’s personal brand and The Flavour Farm’s brand through engaging short-form content.

Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can take ownership of the complete content creation process—from idea generation to shooting and editing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, mobile videography, content trends, and audience psychology. The person will work closely with the founder to create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that educate, entertain, and build trust.

The goal is not just to create content, but to create content that people actually watch, share, save, and remember.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Develop content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
• Shoot content using a mobile phone or camera
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and retention techniques
• Follow social media trends and adapt them to the brand
• Build content for both The Flavour Farm and the founder’s personal brand
• Create behind-the-scenes, educational, founder-led, and product-focused content
• Suggest viral and high-engagement content opportunities
• Coordinate content planning and posting schedules
• Analyze performance and improve content based on results

Requirements

• Strong understanding of storytelling and short-form content
• Experience shooting and editing Reels and Shorts
• Good knowledge of Instagram and YouTube algorithms
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into brand-relevant content
• Experience with mobile videography, framing, lighting, and audio
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous content work

Preferred

• Experience working with D2C, FMCG, consumer, food, or wellness brands
• Understanding of personal branding content
• Knowledge of audience retention and viral content frameworks

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and portfolio)

Location

Agra preferred. Remote applications are also welcome.
