About the Role:

As the Social Media & Content Marketer, you will play a key role in shaping IIDE’s digital presence through engaging, trend-driven, and high-performing content across social media platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, social-first storytelling, audience psychology, creator-style content, and short-form video formats. You will work closely with the brand, design, video, and performance marketing teams to conceptualize and execute content that drives engagement, reach, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning:

• Plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, communication, and storytelling across all content

2. Content Ideation & Creative Execution:

• Create engaging content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign ideas
• Develop creator-style and social-first content formats optimized for engagement
• Brainstorm innovative content ideas based on audience behavior and platform trends
• Work on campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction

3. Collaboration & Content Production:

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators, and internal teams for smooth content execution
• Participate in shoots, creator collaborations, and content production planning
• Ensure timely delivery and publishing of content across platforms

4. Trend Analysis & Audience Understanding:

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates
• Understand audience psychology and consumer behavior to create relatable and engaging content
• Identify emerging content opportunities to improve reach and engagement

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Analyze content performance across platforms using relevant metrics and insights
• Optimize content strategies based on engagement, watch time, reach, and audience interaction
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align content with growth objectives

Requirements

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand content roles
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience working with creators, shoots, video teams, or content production processes
• Strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and social media best practices
• Ability to independently manage content planning and execution

Should Have:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for social-first content formats

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and content analytics
• Experience using social media scheduling or analytics tools
