We’re hiring: Social Media & Design Associate

Hybrid Role | 1 day/week Work From Office | Flexible work setup

Nine ALPS is looking for a creative and execution-focused individual to support our digital presence

across social media, branding, and content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with business storytelling and can work independently in a flexible setup. The role is designed to allow freedom and flexibility alongside ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing LinkedIn and other social media platforms

• Creating basic designs, creatives, posts, decks, and visual content

• Coordinating content calendars and execution timelines

• Assisting with branding, campaigns, events, and digital communication

• Staying updated with trends, formats, and social media best practices

Ideal Profile:

• Comfortable with Canva/Figma/basic design tools

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media ecosystems

• Good written communication and content sense

• Self-driven, reliable, and execution-oriented

• Prior experience in content, social media, design, creator economy, branding, or marketing is a plus

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid and flexible

• Only 1 mandatory in-office day per week

• Can work remotely from home or another location for the remaining days
