Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of Rajshri Entertainment and Rajshri Soul across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Develop content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to drive engagement.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and social media creatives in coordination with the design team.
• Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content planning, launches, and promotional activities.
• Execute real-time marketing opportunities and trend-based content.
• Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging digital trends.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment.
• Passion for entertainment, digital media, lifestyle, and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of social media insights, reporting, and performance analysis.
