A Creative agency is hiring for the profile of Social Media Executive/ Senior Executive.

About the role
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, culturally aware, and understands how content performs across platforms. You will work on multiple brands across domains, and help translate MarCom strategy into compelling, scroll stopping content.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning and Execution
• Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars aligned to brand strategy
• Translate briefs into engaging content ideas, captions, and storytelling formats
• Ensure consistency in brand tonality, messaging, and visual direction
Platform Management
• Manage end to end social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and
others, as needed
• Oversee posting, scheduling, and publishing of content
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to ensure active brand presence
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with designers, content writers, and video teams to execute ideas
• Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation for ongoing and new clients
Trend, Insight Orientation and Performance Tracking
• Track platform trends, formats, and cultural moments to keep content relevant
• Suggest innovative formats, hooks, and content directions for brands
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
• Share insights and suggest content improvements based on performance trends
Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and algorithms
• Good writing skills with a strong sense of tone, storytelling, and audience relevance
• Creative thinking with the ability to balance brand guidelines and fresh ideas
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
• High ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
