• Monitor trending topics and identify opportunities for Stride to participate in relevant discussions.
• Track online mentions and brand sentiment across Google, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
• Identify and report negative or inaccurate content to the team for quick resolution.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing brand sentiment, audience engagement, and key online mentions.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube platforms.
• Write captions, short-form posts, and platform-specific social media content.
• Support campaigns related to admissions, events, and announcements.
