Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Trainee in a hybrid setup based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, developing marketing strategies, analyzing social media metrics, and engaging with audiences. The trainee will also assist in brainstorming campaigns to enhance digital presence and drive audience growth.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management skills, including experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Content Creation skills, with a focus on visual and written storytelling for diverse audiences
• Basic understanding of Marketing Strategy and Digital Advertising principles
• Analytical skills to evaluate social media metrics and derive insights
• Strong Communication and Time Management skills to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus
• Proactivity and a willingness to learn
• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields will be preferred
