We’re an integrated marketing agency in Hyderabad looking for a sharp, dependable Social Media & Operations Assistant to support our Social Media Manager and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Social Media Manager with content scheduling across client accounts
- Handle daily community hygiene — comment replies, DM/inbox responses, and engagement across Instagram and other platforms
- Support backend event operations — coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution
- Liaise with vendors for events and ongoing requirements
- Maintain trackers and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Who we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years experience in social media, community management, or agency operations (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and switching context quickly
- Strong written communication in English; Telugu is a big plus for our hyperlocal clients
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) — weekends are peak for our events and engagement, so this is essential
- Based in Hyderabad or able to commute for event support
