With the travel nurse team growing and need for being focussed on Social media and using internal database and lead generation for travel nursing and keeping team accountable and productive

🔹 About the Role

You’ll own social media sourcing for our travel nursing division – finding, engaging, and converting potential candidates across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn while keeping the team’s pipeline full and productive.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Source travel nurse candidates via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & other platforms

• Send personalised DMs and connection requests to nursing professionals

• Create and grow Facebook/LinkedIn groups to attract travel nurse communities

• Generate and manage leads using internal databases and ATS tools

• Post engaging content to attract candidates organically

• Re-engage past candidates and maintain accurate records in our CRM

• Collaborate with recruiters daily to meet pipeline targets

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Up to 1 year of experience (Freshers welcome — social media savviness matters more!)

• Strong written English communication skills

• Hands-on with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working night shifts

• Interest in recruitment or healthcare staffing is a big plus
