Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Strategist role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Strategist will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels, aligned with client goals and brand identity. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, preparing reports, and refining strategies based on insights and trends. The Social Media Strategist will also manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, and stay current on platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
• Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to engage audiences, represent client brands professionally, and manage online reputation.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, third-party tools) and basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, engagement rate).
• Experience with paid social campaigns (targeting, budgeting, A/B testing) is highly beneficial.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for visual storytelling and collaboration with design teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior agency or in-house social media experience, especially in digital or performance marketing, is an advantage.
