Flychem is building a global sourcing backbone across cosmetics, chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates. We’re looking for a commercially sharp and technically strong Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development and cross-border procurement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sourcing across India and China for raw materials and intermediates
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality global suppliers
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract execution
- Manage end-to-end procurement (RFQs → PO → delivery)
- Build strong vendor relationships ensuring quality, cost, and reliability
- Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams
- Handle cross-border transactions, imports, and trade compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sourcing (cosmetics / chemicals / pharma / intermediates)
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, supply chain processes, and vendor management
- Strong chemical/technical background (Chemistry preferred)
- Proven negotiation and cost optimization skills
- Experience with China suppliers (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
- Solid understanding of international trade & cross-border procurement
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
