Sourcing Manager – Chemicals, Cosmetics & Pharma Full Time

Flychem is building a global sourcing backbone across cosmetics, chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates. We’re looking for a commercially sharp and technically strong Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development and cross-border procurement.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sourcing across India and China for raw materials and intermediates
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality global suppliers
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract execution
• Manage end-to-end procurement (RFQs → PO → delivery)
• Build strong vendor relationships ensuring quality, cost, and reliability
• Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams
• Handle cross-border transactions, imports, and trade compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in sourcing (cosmetics / chemicals / pharma / intermediates)
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, supply chain processes, and vendor management
• Strong chemical/technical background (Chemistry preferred)
• Proven negotiation and cost optimization skills
• Experience with China suppliers (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Solid understanding of international trade & cross-border procurement
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
