Sr. Executive – HR & Admin Full Time

• Process monthly payroll activities accurately and within timelines.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions before salary processing.
• Maintain employee payroll data, salary structures, and HRMS records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
• Coordinate with accounts and finance departments for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processing for resigned employees.
• Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, manpower, leave, and statutory compliance.
• Support audits by maintaining proper payroll documentation and records.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Assist in HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and policy implementation.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
