Job Summary / Purpose Of Position
Main activity and purpose of the position “
Senior Executive- IT” is to provide technical support to Liebherr Employees.
Role And Responsibilities
- Experience on Server/Network Administration (e.g., File Server, SCCM Server, AD & User management)
- Routine tasks with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Server.
- Manage Users group policy and active directory and user profiles
- Basic understanding of VLANs, IP addressing, and subnetting
- Knowledge on WSUS Server, DHCP server configuration for network
- Identifying and resolving common issues such as network outages, slow performance, and service failures
- Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) office 365 and Ms teams.
- Expertise in firewall management, Digital Signature, VPN, and encryption technologies.
- Experience on Vulcan and MSDE .
- Experience with audit and compliance processes related to security controls.
- Ability to automate security tasks, such as patch management, incident response, and vulnerability scanning.
- Preventive maintenance for UPS, Printer, and other network devices on regular basis.
- Vendor co-ordination with Dell, HP & Cisco Devices.
- Remote location support on various Service Software.
- Experience on SharePoint /Power BI
- Experience on Local & Global ticket system
- Experience on Asset Management for All IT asset.
- Vendor coordination for ILL, PRI link , voice and data.
Qualification And Education Requirements
Graduation in BSC, Masters in computer, Diploma or BE Computer Science with 5-6 years of experience.
