Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – PPC at our location in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities of the role include production planning and control, materials management, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency. The candidate will collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate resources, resolve production issues, and align operations with company objectives. Additional tasks include analyzing production data, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to continual process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Materials Management.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Control, and ERP/MRP software.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance and Process Optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or electrical panel production (preferred).
