Job Description

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to plan and execute social media strategies, manage multiple client accounts, create engaging content, and analyse performance across platforms. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team and CEO to drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable results for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts across major platforms, like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and campaign goals.
• Create engaging content ideas and strategies, including posts, captions, reels, and social media campaigns.
• Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to keep strategies relevant.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team members to produce high-quality content.
• Coordinate with clients for content approvals, campaign alignment, and strategy discussions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, follower growth, and overall brand reach.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation.
• 1/1+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Experience in content planning, copywriting, and executing social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or Cap Cut is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio or examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content previously managed is preferred but not mandatory.
