Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sr. Manager – Digital Marketing. The role involves overseeing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and online engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, leading digital advertising initiatives, analyzing web performance through analytics tools, and driving lead generation strategies. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to achieve business objectives and enhance engagement.
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies for brand visibility and awareness.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to coordinate across departments.
• Proven ability to plan and execute results-driven digital campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is highly desirable.
