Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function across all verticals—restaurants, cloud kitchens, and events.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing efficiently, manage teams, handle clients, and bring energy into both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and know how to turn ideas into impactful campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence across all outlets
• Plan and drive promotions for restaurants, cloud kitchens, and special events
• Handle client inquiries related to events and ensure smooth coordination and execution
• Lead end-to-end event marketing, including promotions, partnerships, and audience engagement
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and paid advertising campaigns
• Manage and supervise a team of social media executives, graphic designers, and marketing executives
• Coordinate with external media agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking
• Ensure consistent branding and communication across all platforms
• Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends to optimize strategies
• Drive growth in market reach, customer acquisition, and digital presence

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or event-based roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and ad campaigns
• Experience in team management and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking with strong execution and problem-solving skills
