About The Role

RUCKUS Networks is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Associate to join our growing Product Marketing team. This is an exciting role ideal for a mid-career professional who is passionate about B2B technology, enterprise networking, and translating complex technical concepts into compelling go-to-market strategies and can creatively leverage the new AI tools to work efficiently.

You will work alongside experienced product marketers and cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, to help bring RUCKUS Wi-Fi, switching, and AI-driven network management solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

• Support end-to-end product launch activities including messaging documents, launch briefs, and internal readiness kits for new RUCKUS Wi-Fi access points, switching, and cloud networking solutions.
• Assist in crafting positioning and value proposition frameworks tailored to key verticals such as hospitality, education, healthcare, and enterprise.

Content & Collateral Development

• Write and maintain product marketing assets including data sheets, solution briefs, web copy, battle cards, and blog posts.
• Develop customer-facing presentations and pitch decks for the sales team.
• Contribute to video scripts, demo narratives, and event booth messaging.

Sales Enablement

• Create and update sales enablement materials that help the field team articulate RUCKUS product differentiation
• Support the creation of onboarding materials for new sales reps and channel partners.

Market & Customer Research

• Conduct ongoing market analysis and research to identify trends, buyer personas, and emerging use cases in enterprise networking.
• Assist with customer and partner interviews, win/loss analysis, and feedback synthesis.

Campaign & Event Support

• Coordinate with the Growth Marketing team to supply messaging, assets, and product expertise for digital campaigns and email nurture programs.
• Support participation at industry events.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics tied to product marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or product management.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools and an above-average comfort level with prompt engineering
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex technical ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Naturally curious about technology, especially networking, cloud, or enterprise IT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Exposure to global B2B marketing environment
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts and market
• Prior experience in a tech company, SaaS, or B2B environment.
