Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Management & Back Office Executive to manage inventory records, maintain stock accuracy, and handle day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare stock reports.
• Coordinate with teams for Day to Day activity.
• Handle back-office administrative tasks and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or 12th Pass
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, or accounting software is preferred.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or back-office operations preferred.
