- Lead end-to-end store and inventory operations for alumina/raw materials.
- Ensure accurate stock accounting, receipt, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and safety norms.
- Maintain SAP/ERP inventory records and ensure timely reporting/MIS.
- Implement FIFO, safety, and warehouse compliance standards.
- Control inventory losses, conduct audits, and optimize storage efficiency.
- Manage store manpower, vendor coordination, and housekeeping activities.
